Read-UP+
Beginning mid-September 2024, Read-UP+ has two program options (10-weeks or 20-weeks) that each include a comprehensive reading assessment that leads to a powerful and detailed intervention program.
Students will work 1:1 with a highly-trained and skilled tutor who provide systematic instruction to improve reading by strengthening students’ phonics, decoding, fluency, word study, and comprehension skills. Students will have access to the online award-winning Lexia programs (Core5 and PowerUp).
Designed for participants who:
Struggle with reading skills (such as Decoding, Fluency or Comprehension)
May have a diagnosed or suspected Learning Disability or ADHD (formal diagnosis not necessary)
90-minute sessions for students in Grades 3-8.
Program Delivery Format:
Blended Delivery: IN-PERSON sessions and online sessions through video-conferencing
*there may be some flexibility with time or choice of week night

Registration:
Program Fee: $480.00 for 20wk, 90min/wk
At LDA-LR, we do not want our fees to act as a barrier to any family registering for our programs. During the intake and registration for program phase, our staff would be pleased to discuss with you the option of reducing or waiving fees.
If your child is new to our student programs, please click on the button to complete the new client intake form. Please be prepared to include documents that are being requested throughout the form (assessment documentation, IEPs, report cards). We will contact you to discuss the programs and services you are interested in as well discuss any questions you may have.
